Free Standard Shipping (USA Only)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days to most addresses in the contiguous U.S. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Carrier
We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) for your shipment. We do not offer customer-selected carrier options at this time.
Order Changes
Please contact us immediately at info@thursdayboots.sbs to change your shipping address. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
