You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Valid Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Quality issues

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or normal wear and tear.

Return Condition
Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached

Return Shipping & Fees
If your return is approved, we provide a free return shipping label.
There is no restocking fee.

Non-returnable Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not returnable.

How to Return

1. Email info@thursdayboots.sbs with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
2. Wait for approval and a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely and ship using the provided label.
